The mission of the National Council for Business and Civil Development is to create a working environment in which people with professional experience, knowledge and public authority formulate long-term solutions for Bulgaria.
The Council does not replace the institutions. It builds a bridge among professional communities, business, academia, civil society and public administration.
As a starting point, the Council sets a strategic horizon of 2026-2040 and places continuity, measurable goals and the interconnection of public systems at its centre. Sustainable development requires economic, social and institutional decisions to be considered as one structure.
The Council is not a party structure and does not serve short-term political interests.
Its positions and proposals are based on verifiable information, professional experience and impact analysis.
Different perspectives are discussed with respect, transparency and clear responsibility to the public interest.
